Renovating to Sell

Renovating to Sell

With strong housing conditions in Sydney these clients renovated their kitchens in preparation to sell. They chose neutral colours which offer wide appeal. Small kitchen upgrades can cost less, consider replacing cabinet doors only if the cabinet carcass is still in good condition. Another cost effective option is to replace just the kitchen bench top and/or splashback in either glass or tiles.

We replaced all cabinets doors, drawer fronts and the bench top, including some minor repairs where needed. It made a big visual improvement and this client also experienced a quick sale.
